Through singing, playing instruments, and exploring rhythms, students connect with diverse cultures and histories while building creativity and community. From body percussion to our "Orff orchestra," every child discovers the beauty of music in a hands-on and meaningful way.
Annual Science Fair
At AmPark, we celebrate curiosity and creativity through our annual Science Fair! Students in grades K-2 collaborate on class-wide projects, while grades 3-5 showcase individual experiments and presentations created at home. Our fair highlights the innovative work of our young scientists, and the winning project from grades 3-5 represents AmPark at the District 10 Science Fair. It's an exciting event that inspires a love for discovery and learning!
Road to Success Afterschool Program
AmPark partners with Road to Success (RTS) to provide a dynamic afterschool program for our students. Focused on academic, personal, and professional growth, RTS offers enrichment activities in art, sports, STEM, and leadership development. Through college and career exploration, students build self-esteem and discover their potential paths to success, all within a supportive and engaging environment.
Scripps National Spelling Bee
AmPark Neighborhood School is proud to participate in Scripps National Spelling Bee qualifying events, including our 3rd-5th Grade AmPark School Bee and the Great American Spellcheck fundraiser!

Wellness In The Schools
At AmPark, we are proud to partner with Wellness in the Schools (WITS), a national nonprofit dedicated to fostering healthy habits for students to learn, live, and thrive. Through programs like Cook for Kids, Coach for Kids, and Green for Kids, we provide students with nourishing meals, active play opportunities, and environmental sustainability education.
By integrating wellness into our school culture, we support the health and well-being of every child, ensuring they have the tools to succeed both in and out of the classroom. Together, we are shaping healthier futures for all.
